Clients, visitors, users, and third parties must not use CommunityStack services, forms, systems, hosting-related work, or delivered technology for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized activity.

Submit only text, images, files, logos, trademarks, media, data, and materials that are owned, licensed, or authorized for the intended use.

CommunityStack may refuse, suspend, review, remove, or decline work connected to prohibited or high-risk activity.
Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, or harmful activity.
Phishing, impersonation, scam pages, unauthorized credential collection, malware, spam, bot abuse, or unauthorized automation.
Unauthorized access attempts, security bypassing, scraping abuse, vulnerability exploitation, database tampering, or interference with hosting and platform controls.
Submission or publication of content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, licenses, or other third-party rights.
Requests to build, support, or promote systems used for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized data harvesting, counterfeit activity, or violation of platform rules.
Use of delivered systems in a way that violates applicable law, app store rules, hosting terms, payment provider rules, domain policies, or third-party service terms.
CommunityStack can design, build, maintain, and support technical systems, but clients remain responsible for their business activity, submitted materials, published content, user data, permissions, approvals, and legal compliance.
When a concern is reported or identified, CommunityStack may take reasonable steps based on the nature, urgency, risk, and available information.
CommunityStack may ask for more information, proof of authorization, project context, or corrective action before continuing work.
CommunityStack may decline, pause, limit, or end work connected to prohibited activity, unresolved risk, or non-compliant instructions.
Where appropriate, material may be removed, disabled, hidden, or restricted while ownership, authorization, abuse, or compliance issues are reviewed.
CommunityStack may cooperate with valid legal, regulatory, hosting, domain, platform, security, or rights-holder requests where required or appropriate.
