How project work is handled

CommunityStack provides website development, mobile app development, custom software, dashboards, cloud setup, maintenance, support, and technology consulting. Project details should be confirmed in writing.

01

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, support, and maintenance should be agreed separately through a written scope, quotation, invoice, proposal, or contract.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, written approval, or a separate agreement.

03

Clients must provide accurate business information, project requirements, content, access credentials, assets, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the work.

04

Clients must ensure that all text, images, documents, logos, trademarks, media, software, data, and other materials provided are owned, licensed, or authorized for use.

05

CommunityStack may refuse, remove, suspend, review, or request clarification about materials or instructions that appear to create legal, security, abuse, privacy, intellectual property, or compliance risks.

06

CommunityStack may cooperate with valid legal, regulatory, hosting, domain, platform, security, or rights-holder requests where required or appropriate.
